We are pround to offer for the first time in Vienna Group Classes on STOTT Pilates V2Max Reformer, a one-of-a-kind unit of equipment that facilitates limitless exercise possibilities. It multi-tasks as a raised Mat platform, a standard Reformer and also has many exercise possibilities of the Pilates Cadillac (Trapeze Table). The versatility of the resistance forces from springs and wide ranges of movements helps to increase body flexibility and mobility, build full-body strength and agility while stabilizing and rebalancing muscles.

Classes are taught in English supplemented by German.
