Exercise that your back loves !!

Target muscles:

  • latissimus dorsi, teres major, posterior deltoids to move arms to the back under resistance from straps
  • lower trapezius together with latissimus dorsi to stabilise shoulder blades
  • erector spinae to raise the upper back above neutral
  • transversus abdominis, a deep core stabilisor
  • obliques, gluteus maximus and hamstrings to stabilise pelvic region
