Q. I have never done Pilates before, what are my options to start at your studio?

A. You can:

  1. book yourself into a Reformer Beginners group class (we have 2 per week). These classes are targeted for Beginners and are paced slower than other classes
  2. book a Personal Training session where you will learn at your own pace (alone or with a friend)

F. Ich habe keine Erfahrung mit Pilates, wie kann ich in Ihrem Studio mit Pilates beginnen?

A. Sie können:

  1. eine Gruppenstunde „Reformer Beginners“ online buchen – es gibt 2 x in der Woche Beginner-Einheiten. Diese Einheiten richten sich speziell an Anfänger und laufen in einem langsamerem Tempo ab
  2. ein „Personal Training“ buchen, um in Ihrem eigenen Tempo die Grundlagen zu lernen (allein oder mit Freunden)

We don’t ask you to sign up for a course (en)

We don’t ask you to sign up for a seasonal course with a fixed weekly schedule. You don’t have to commit to come to the same class on the same day and time every week. You are free to book online any group class that is within your level (or an “All levels” class). We love flexibility and want to you to enjoy it too. And we offer a large choice of group classes and times every week.

How to make the most out of your group Pilates class (en)

Each of our bodies are uniquely shaped by everyday activities, from how we sleep at night and how we exercised (or didn’t) when we were a twelve-year old kid to that injury we got in our late twenty’s and how we train for that triathlon today.

Private Pilates training applies the intelligent consciousness of Pilates movement to your unique body. However, not all of us have the time and resources for a one-on-one Pilates lesson – and with small group size classes it is still possible to pay individual attention to each participant while not disturbing the class flow.
